Sulemana Abdul-Wahid is a Registered Specialist Neonatal Nurse with 15 years of experience in maternal and neonatal health. He holds a membership certificate in Neonatal Nursing from the Ghana College of Nurses and Midwives, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University for Development Studies, and a Diploma in Registered General Nursing from the Nurses and Midwives Training College in Tamale.

He has served as a bedside clinical mentor, supporting health facilities in Abuja, Nigeria, to improve service delivery and ensure adherence to national protocols. Passionate about community health, he currently supports initiatives aimed at reducing neonatal mortality in Northern Ghana.
